For Jennie, teaching yoga is about helping others to cultivate awareness, self compassion and strength and then taking these qualities into everyday life. Her teaching style is warm, enthusiastic and encouraging, and contains an extensive knowledge of anatomy and psychology. She is passionate about how yoga can help balancing the nervous system and make us feel centred in stressful situations – making it easier to take decisions in everyday life that are aligned with what’s important to us.

+ She loves cats, her sons Felix & Elliot, her motorcycle (a Royal Enfield) and her house in India (when the wifi is working), Scandinavian design and her husband. (Maybe not in that specific order…) 🙂
Ask her about her cats and she’ll love you!
– She doesn’t enjoy cooking, and she has a bad habit of eating most of her meals in front of her computer. (…with her cats.) Good thing is – her lack of cooking skills means she always eats out in India – and that’s how she met her husband: turns out he owns a restaurant so no she never has to cook ever again. 🙂
