You’ll receive a manual and a workbook (included in the price).
Homework
Note: this is not a pass/fail test: the aim is to inspire you to explore Yoga Nidra further.
With
Yoga Nidra Certificate
Upon completion you’ll get a certificate, 15 hrs (7 contact hours on 13 June + 8 non-contact hours which you can do in your own time.)
The course is approved by Yoga Alliance and you can either register the hours as YACEP hours (continuing education) or Level 2 hours (RYS-300). Read more about our Level 2 program in association with The Shala London here.
The course is also registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals (15 CPD hrs)
Prerequisite
Please note that for you to get the most out of the Level 2 course, you can only sign up if you’ve done the Level 1 course with us.

Repeating the Course
Have you already done the course and would like to repeat it? VIP price only £125 in person (or £30 for the online courses).
Upon completion you’ll receive a certificate based on how many hours you attended. Please mention that you’re a repeating student when you sign up to make sure you get the discount.
Terms & Conditions
The course fee is non-refundable – but we do know that sometimes things happen in life that you can’t predict, and if so: you won’t get the course fee back BUT:
- If you cancel 30 days before the course at the latest you can use it for other trainings, retreats or workshops with us – so you won’t lose your money.
- For later cancellations, you won’t be able to transfer the course fee to other events – but you can transfer it to a friend.
