Goa Retreat 14 – 21 March 2027

These terms apply to payments made to YogaLeela AB.

Please note that payments made to Bamboo Yoga (Vtek) are subject to separate terms and conditions.

Booking and payment

Your booking becomes valid only once the €500 deposit has been paid and you have received a booking confirmation from us.

If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to offer your place to another participant. The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation by participant

The €500 deposit is non-refundable.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. The following terms apply:

Cancellation on or before 14 December 2026

The deposit (€500) is non-refundable but may be transferred as credit towards other trainings, retreats or workshops organised by YogaLeela AB.

Of the remaining amount paid to YogaLeela AB, 50% will be refunded.

Cancellation from 15 December 2026 onwards

The deposit and any remaining payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other events.

However, you may transfer your place on the retreat to a friend.

Responsibility

YogaLeela AB is responsible only for the yoga teaching provided during the retreat.

Accommodation, meals and any other travel services are provided by external suppliers and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

YogaLeela AB does not act as a tour operator or travel agent.

Therefore, this retreat does not constitute a package holiday under applicable package travel legislation. Each participant is responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat, as well as any additional travel services booked separately.

YogaLeela AB cannot be held liable for services provided by third parties, including accommodation, transport, meals or other arrangements not organised by YogaLeela AB.

All participants must have valid travel insurance covering illness, cancellation and repatriation.

We also recommend booking flexible or changeable flights should your plans change.

Health and personal responsibility 

By booking and attending the retreat, you acknowledge that participation in yoga classes and other activities is entirely at your own risk.

You are responsible for informing the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions or other limitations that may affect your participation.

YogaLeela AB cannot be held liable for injuries, health issues or other conditions arising from participation in retreat activities.

If the teacher is unable to attend

If the advertised teacher is unable to attend for any reason, we will provide another teacher of equivalent qualifications and experience.

Programme changes

The organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to the programme if necessary.

In the highly unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by the organiser for reasons within our control, all deposits and payments made to YogaLeela AB will be refunded.

However, we cannot reimburse the cost of flights, hotel bookings or any other expenses incurred.

Force majeure

If the retreat must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, lockdowns or political events, we cannot guarantee a full refund, although we will do our very best.

Any refund will depend on whether we receive refunds from the retreat centre or other suppliers involved.

Part of your payment is paid directly to the retreat centre and part is paid to us. We therefore cannot guarantee that the retreat centre will refund its portion. However, YogaLeela AB will refund 100% of the portion of the payment that belongs to YogaLeela AB.
