🇬🇧 A little gift for you: my most popular Yin Yoga Sequence!
Here’s a yin yoga sequence for yoga teachers – or use it in your own practice
Feel free to “steal” my favourite Yin Yoga sequence! 💛
Every time I teach it, I get the most amazing feedback! I think it’s because it’s a bit different from a regular yin class, so it feels interesting, instead of just “the same old sequences”. And it feels sooo good! It has a fresh take on sequencing, and I built it using neuroscience as my starting point. (Worth mentioning: I do teach regular yin sequences too; this one is just something out of the ordinary, as a little treat to boost your brain and creativity.) If you’re a yin teacher, it might spark some ideas. If you’re not a yoga teacher, you can use it too: try it out as inspiration for your own practice.
Note! This isn’t meant as a real class. The idea is simply to give you a visual for each pose, so you can move through it in your own time. Choose how long you want to stay in each pose, and add rebound poses of your choice in between poses. If anything feels unclear, just let me know, I’m happy to help.
In October I’ll have a free online class where I go through each pose in more detail. 💛
I know it can be tricky to understand some of the poses in the video, and I’d love to show you some more options as well, so let’s meet up on Zoom! If you’re interested in joining the class, keep an eye out in my monthly newsletter or just send me an email, and you’ll get an invitation before I launch it to the public. (Spaces will be limited to 200 people and these classes always get fully booked really quick.)
Here’s a short video to show the poses, and a PDF with the list of poses for you to download and save if you want. Much Love, Jennie
P.S. If you spot any spelling or grammar mistakes in the text above, it’s because I’m human! I don’t use AI to write my texts. I’m not against AI, but I enjoy writing texts myself. That means they’re not polished or perfect, and I’d rather be real than perfect. That’s my approach to life these days: perfect is boring. The same goes for my classes. Come as you are, even if you’re having a “bad day”. ❤️
